Part Time Estate Agent - Ledbury - £12.50 per hour

YOU MUST HAVE ESTATE AGENCY EXPERIENCE

My client is a leading, multi branch independent Estate Agency and Lettings who have been established for over 40 years. Due to continued growth within Sales, they are looking for a Part Time Sales Negotiator to join their team based in Ledbury working 3 - 4 days a week (one day to include Saturdays).

As an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for :

Arranging property viewings

Negotiating sales

Listening to potential buyers requirements and selling the best suited property

Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have

Registering applicants and ensuring all required documentation is obtained

Progressing Sales through to completion

Skills Required :

Experience in Estate Agency

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Well presented and well spoken

Full UK licence and car

Working Hours : 9am - 5 : 30pm 3 - 4 days a week (including Saturdays)
