We are looking for a skilled CNC Miller Programmer to join an established team in Leatherhead. The role demands expertise in both CNC programming and machining operations, with a focus on producing precise components to drawing specifications. You will need a strong background in CNC Milling and this is an opportunity to grow and develop.
Duties and responsibilities include developing programs using offline software. Alphacam and Solidworks or similar experience would be beneficial.
Tool selection, machine calibration and operating machining to produce precision components.
Maintain detailed records of programming parameters, setup procedures, and production metrics. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to uphold a safe and efficient working environment.
Collaborate with team members to implement best practices and innovative solutions.
In-depth knowledge of CNC machining and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 7.30am-3.30pm (flexible)

36-42K depending on experience
