With 170 residential units, this development benefits from several on-site amenities including a resident’s car park and a gym.Key Responsibilities and Requirements :  As an Estate Operative at Rendall & Rittner, you will :  Be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.Be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others.Understand Health and Safety processes at a residential development.Have a good eye for detail, carrying out regular inspections and cleaning, reporting any defect and health and safety concerns.Have the mindset of : your team matters to you, you support them, work together, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.You’ll hold a driving licence with an excellent road safety record.
