Project Manager – Civil EngineeringLocation : East of ScotlandReference : J45322Our client, a well-established and highly respected Civil Engineering Main Contractor with an annual turnover of £150 million, is seeking to appoint an experienced Project Manager on a permanent basis. This opportunity sits within their civil engineering division, delivering projects primarily across the East of Scotland as part of a significant, long-term framework.You will play a key role in a collaborative and supportive team environment, one that promotes innovation and creativity with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality solutions for their clients. You will be responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered efficiently, economically, and in full compliance with industry regulations.Due to the seniority and responsibility of this position, prior experience managing a range of civil engineering projects—particularly within the Scottish Power Framework—is essential.Key Responsibilities : Oversee all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) mattersBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clientsMonitor and manage project budgetsSupervise and coordinate site personnelSupport and engage in the commercial aspects of project deliveryMaintain detailed reports and project recordsEssential Requirements : Educated to degree or HNC level in a relevant Civil Engineering disciplineProven track record in managing a variety of civil engineering projectsStrong technical knowledge and understanding of all site-based civil activitiesExperience working on Scottish Power Frameworks is highly desirableExcellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive approachPossession of a full UK driving licenceWhat’s on Offer : A highly competitive salaryGenerous holiday entitlementComprehensive benefits packageOpportunity to work with a forward-thinking company committed to employee development and long-term business growthIf you are an experienced Project Manager looking for your next challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
