With 380+ UK branches serving their local areas, they are a thriving business that offers graduates a fantastic platform to launch their careers.Role ResponsibilitiesThis is an interesting and varied role for someone looking to start their career in a people-focused business environment. Joining the company as a Graduate Trainee Learning & Development Administrator, you will : Learn about the company's culture, structure and industry whilst developing an understanding of their L&D initiatives and training practices Shadow and support the Head of Training & Development in the coordination of training and e-learning across the businessAssist in the coordination of graduate recruitment - working with various recruitment partners and differing approachesSupport the onboarding of graduate hires - preparing contracts and sending out new starter informationWork on multiple projects to develop their Learning Management System - Totara (full training will be provided)Provide day-to-day administrative support and maintain and develop key talent databasesCoordinate internal training events, including week-away residential courses 4x a year (liaising with / booking venues and accommodation, preparing materials, inviting attendees, providing basic technical support during events)Support the Head of Training & Development with periodic production of reports, analysis and other key management informationCollaborate with other business areas, including Marketing, Bids & Tender and Commercial, and provide support to other Heads of departmentsRewardsThe package for this Graduate Trainee Learning & Development Administrator role includes : A starting salary of £30,000 (increasing with experience)Your share of the company's profits in the form of an uncapped bonusPension scheme25 days paid holiday per year plus bank holidaysOn-site canteen serving free lunchesOpportunities to develop key skills and build a successful long-term careerWorking in an exciting and busy head office environment with like-minded individuals in a positive, commercially-focused atmosphereNormal working hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (please note this role is 37.5 hours / week and full-time office-based.
