You'll play a key role in developing new business, reigniting lapsed accounts, and supporting existing client projects from costing to delivery.Key responsibilities : Drive new business and grow existing / lapsed accountsDevelop sales strategy and KPIs; track and optimise team performanceSupport sales cycle : quoting, costing, project coordinationLead from the front - mentor, motivate, and support the teamIdentify marketing opportunities; attend trade shows and exhibitionsEnsure accurate CRM logging and strong internal communicationCollaborate with the Senior Management Team on wider strategyAbout You : You're a commercially focused leader with a strong background in Technical Sales - ideally in HVAC or pharmaceuticals - and confident interpreting technical drawings.
