Contract : Permanent, full time, 35 hours per week
Location : London and Kings Hill based with hybrid working (ideally 2 days in London / 1 day in Kings Hill)
Salary : Up to £32,000 per annum (depending on expereince)
Would you like to work in the team that is CAF’s centre of excellence for impact? You will be working in a team that influences donors to fund more effectively and equitably and supports charities and social enterprises to become more resilient and sustainable.
We’re looking for a talented Executive to join our Impact Accelerator Team at Charities Aid Foundation (CAF). This role will continually provide a high-quality experience of service, in a proactive and responsive way, ensuring that internal and external stakeholders are always highly satisfied with the service provided.
What you’ll do
At CAF, every one of us contributes to our impact and as our Impact Accelerator Executive you too will play an integral part in what we do.
The Impact Accelerator Executive will sit at the heart of the Impact Accelerator (IA) team, which includes Advisory, Grantmaking and Social Investment. This role will be part of the cross team, the Connectors, reporting to the Growth & Performance Lead, and will have a close working relationship with the Head of Impact & Advisory and all our Senior Managers.
The Connectors are responsible for making sure the whole Impact Accelerator team members have the support and connections needed to enable them to do their client facing work effectively (see attached).
As our Impact Accelerator Executive you will have a high level of understanding of what each area does, to support in each area as necessary and as capacity allows. Specifically :
- Responsible for CAF’s Impact Committee administration; co-ordination of Senior Executive diaries, preparation and distribution of committee papers, accurate minute taking and timely distribution
- Support Growth & Performance Lead with Marketing, Risk and Compliance activities
- Organisation of and making practical arrangements for external client and internal meetings, away days and training sessions
- Manage and triage general inboxes for Advisory, Grantmaking and Social Investment, to ensure requests are correctly prioritised
- Support Grantmaking to ensure the timely delivery of programmes, including applicant and grant holder reporting reminders, offer letters or other standard emails
- Provide data entry support with Grantmaking verification and payment processes and the grantmaking platform
