We are recruiting an Account Manager with proven impeccable attention to detail to join a long established organization that supplies graphics to a specialist industry. This is a full time permanent role based in Clydebank working Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5pm and on Fridays 8.30am-2.30pm!! Salary on offer is £30-35k per annum dependent on experience plus overtime paid at x1.5 rate!As Account Manager you will be part of a small sales admin team of 3, managing the internal order process from initial enquiry through to visual approval, production, and final invoicing. Your main duties will include : Handle phone and email enquiries, discussing customer requirements.Enter enquiries into the system and produce quotations.Manage jobs from enquiry stage through to visual approval, ensuring adherence to vehicle specifications and accommodating any requested amendments.Support external sales contacts as needed.Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, leveraging these relationships to gain new contacts or recommendations.Ensure the CRM system is up-to-date and accurate.We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience : Previous experience within an Account Manager, Customer Service, Internal Sales Support style of roleYou will possess a strong skill set in customer care, account management and sales administrationExcellent attention to detail is required in this role, looking at many elements including s...
