As a Support Worker at Balgowan Court, you will have the opportunity to make meaningful differences in the lives of individuals, assisting them with daily tasks, promoting independence and fostering a warm and supportive environment. Hours of employment are average of 30 hours per week, working on a rota basis 4 out of 7 days.
Shifts will include morning, evening and weekend cover.
The Role
In your role as Support Worker, you will provide care and support to individuals in their own homes including :
- Assisting with household tasks
- Assisting and supporting with personal care, including intimate personal care
- Medication prompting / administering
