As a Ward Hostess Supervisor with Sodexo at Nuffield Health Leicester Hospital, Scraptoft Lane, Leicester LE5 1HY, you’ll play a key part in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment that directly impacts the health and well-being of patients, staff, and visitors. What You’ll Do

Assist in preparing patient food hygienically, following all given instructions.

Engage with patients to help them feel welcome and relaxed during their stay.

Communicate with the kitchen to ensure food orders match patient / visitor requirements.

Keep the pantry clean and tidy, maintaining standards as per the service level agreement and legal / company responsibilities.

Support the manager and supervisor in meeting service level agreements and health & safety standards.

Complete all required audit and quality standards documentation.

Ensure dietary requirements of patients are met.

Perform ad-hoc duties as needed
