We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an organised and detail-oriented Repairs Administrator to join their team! About the Role : Our client is looking for a Repairs Administrator to support their maintenance team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating repairs, and ensuring all records are up to date. You’ll be the key link between tenants, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. Key Responsibilities : Managing and logging maintenance requests efficientlyCoordinating with contractors to schedule repairs and servicesKeeping accurate records and updating systems regularlyProcessing invoices and monitoring maintenance budgetsEnsuring compliance with health & safety regulationsProviding excellent customer service and supportWhat We’re Looking For : Strong administrative and organisational skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to multitask and work under pressureProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Previous experience as a Repairs Administrator, Facilities Management or similar role (preferred but not essential)If you are a motivated individual looking for your next opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
