Why your role matters

As our Marketing Executive, you will focus on improving our customer journey to ensure our success as a Digital Marketing function. You will bring the ideas and we have the resources to help you achieve your vision!

What you’ll be doing

As Marketing Executive, your role will be crucial in our online marketing endeavours, playing an integral part in generating new leads for our business development team. Your skill set as a digital marketer will enable you to create compelling marketing campaigns, develop WordPress pages, optimise content for SEO, craft standout emails with clear call-to-actions, and drive engagement through various social media channels.

You will have the support of our Marketing Manager and the broader marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment to work on campaigns and encouraging the contribution of fresh ideas. You will be a proactive and motivated self-starter who thrives in a close-knit team setting and can efficiently manage multiple channels simultaneously.

Your proficiency in building campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce, combined with your comprehensive understanding of the entire marketing mix, will empower you to attract, engage, and convert prospective buyers successfully.

Where you’ll be working

This is a hybrid role (a minimum of two days per week in our office in Kettering with the rest of the week remote). That way, you’ll be able to work collaboratively with your colleagues while also having some quieter time to focus on your workload without distraction.
