Duty ManagerAthena is currently looking for a Duty Manager with strong Food and Beverage / Banqueting experience or a Conference and Banqueting / Events Duty Manager looking for a Duty Manager role. Our client is an established conference, banqueting and leisure venue with a solid track record in Weddings, Banqueting and commercial conferences and they are looking for a manager capable of managing the operation and all additional services. The operation covers several bars, restaurant and conference and banqueting catering for functions / weddings up to 300 and outdoor events of 1,000 plus.Food & Beverage Duty Manager - Key ResponsibilitiesOversight and support to all departments, conference, banqueting, leisure provisionReporting to the General Manager.Management and development of employees in all departmentsEnsure the smooth day-to-day running of all bars and catering operations.Ensure a consistent first-class service to guestsEnsure that company high standards are adhered to.Ensure all sales activity is monitored in line with company policy.Monitor key departmental controls responsible for Sales, GP and NP targets.Monitor and comply with all company and legal statutory requirements.Support the company in the achievement / maintenance of quality awardsFood and Beverage Duty Manager -
