• Taking accurate measurements, providing drawings, and capturing quantities during site surveys
• The ability to read and understand technical drawings and architect’s plans and interpret their content and technical specification during site visits
• Highlighting areas of risk and issues, assumptions and dependencies when carrying out surveys
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and have a polite and professional approach when dealing with customers
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment including company property, vehicles and tools, as well as customers’ premises
• Working to deadlines – without compromising quality and attention to detail
• Ability to demonstrate a commitment to own personal development within the role
• A willingness to travel when needed
• You must supply your own tools
• And most importantly, common senseQualifications and experience required :
• GCSE English and Maths, with excellent arithmetic abilities
• A full clean driving licence
• Fluent in English with good communication skills
