Consisting of 58 residential apartments, the site benefits from several facilities such as, a pool, gym, car park and cinema.Key Responsibilities and Requirements : As a Senior Night Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will : Manage onsite staff, taking a hands on leadership role, overseeing their performance, training and development and ensuring residents receive a high standard of service. Ensuring SOP's are being adhered to and support your team as required. Overseeing the day-to-day matters of the development, ensuring exceptional site standards for residents and guests, and that all matters are handled in a prompt and professional mannerTo be a main point of contact and point of escalation onsite during the night shifts. Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.To carry out security inspections and operations as required.To conduct the required health and safety inspections and activities to assist in keeping the development and workplace a safe environment for all. How to Apply : Ready for this incredible opportunity?
