Job Opportunity : Administrator (Fixed Term Contract - 6 Months)

Salary : £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Hours : 39 hours per week

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic team for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to operational efficiency and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Perform general office and administrative duties such as filing, handling post, managing emails, and data entry
• Answer telephone calls and manage door duties efficiently
• Communicate effectively with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Assist in team meetings when required
• Print Route Cards and Manufacturing packs
• Process Proof of Deliveries (PODs), including chasing, sorting, scanning, and filing documentation
• Support production control routines and assist in operational processes
• Raise purchase requisitions and change requests
• Collate and analyse data to support Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
