UK Manual Driving Licence Essential plus previous experience (min 2 years) supporting young people is required for this role
We are looking to recruit experienced candidates to lead a team supporting children and young people in a residential home setting. Residential support roles require long day shifts with the ability to do sleep-ins at the home overnight.
ROC Northwest holds an envious reputation offering high quality residential care and education for children and young people with adverse childhood experiences and who may also be living with mental health conditions such as Autism, Social, Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties and complex needs.

You will support our children to maintain and develop relationships with friends and family, encourage them to integrate with the local community by attending clubs and leisure activities and to support the children in all aspects of their daily living. You will safeguard vulnerable children and report any suspicion or evidence of harm and when the children are not in the service you will undertake housekeeping and maintain standards of hygiene within the home ensuring your team perform their duties to the highest standards.
We are ready and waiting to welcome you to a friendly and supportive team. All you need to do is bring the enthusiasm to help support our service users and to take pride in being part of the family.

- Level 3 in Children's Residential Care (potential to complete in-role)
- Minimum of 2 Years working in a residential setting
- Experience of leading a team
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual, not automatic)
- Able to work long days and complete sleep-ins
- Confidence to ensure your team performs well and are themselves supported by you
ROC Northwest Values we look for in you
Friendly - passionate and caring
Positive - pleasant and approachable
Empowering - others to become stronger and more confident in controlling their lives
Person Centred - allowing our children to explore & utilise their own strengths
Innovative - by using or introducing new engagement methods and ideas
