To be successful within this position must have knowledge and experience of testing within the petroleum industry.Required Skills and Experience : HNC or equivalent and relevant experience in the petroleum industryIdeally you will have a BSc in chemistry or a similar field and experience working within a laboratory within the petrochemical industryDemonstrable leadership skills obtained in a previous management / supervisory position with the ability to manage personnelUnderstanding of the significance of the data generated by test methodsPetroleum / Petrochemical testing experienceA background in quality assurance and experience in maintaining ISO 17025 accreditationABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYYou will oversee and drive improvements in new and pre-existing processes, continually re-evaluate whether each process is meeting the applicable standards and engage in problem-solving and improvements as applicable.
