Job Description :
Review and update the current Self Evaluation Form (SEF) to reflect the current situation in the Local Area Partnership.Demonstrate the impact of current plans to meet the objectives set out in the SEF.Provide strategic direction and performance management, assisting the Education and Inclusion Senior Leadership Team to refine the existing SEF.Deliver on the strategic values and vision of the partnership.Prepare for the upcoming area-wide SEND inspection.
Requirements :
Experienced senior SEND manager.Extensive knowledge of SEND regulations and best practices.Strategic responsibility for developing and implementing evidence-based practices from research that reflect current good practice and achieve the best outcomes for children, young people, and families.Ability to work urgently and efficiently to meet tight deadlines.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Confident and evidence-based leadership skills to ensure the SEF meets the partnership’s strategic aims and objectives in accordance with legislative, statutory, and procedural requirements.
