Mploy Staffing SolutionsTwyfordMploy are seeking a Dairy Operative to join our client on the outskirts of Winchester. This is a physically demanding role where you will be on your feet for most of the day however, you will be working with one of the most forward thinking and innovative food production brands.
Responsibilities :
Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the dairy production area
Follow food safety protocols and adhere to HACCP guidelines
Operate and maintain dairy production equipment
Monitor and control the production process to ensure quality standards are met
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals Experience :
Previous experience in food production or dairy processing is preferred
Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles
Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain production equipment
Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating production quantities
