Oaklands Global are currently looking to recruit an experienced C-Check Manager for a reputable client based in Manchester & Birmingham. This position will oversee maintenance inputs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading maintenance teams to ensure aircraft projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Certifying aircraft for release to service while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Delivering daily updates on maintenance progress and key milestones to senior management.
- Managing your team’s performance, handling task allocation, appraisals, and fostering team development.
- Ensuring top-notch health, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained across your work area.
- Carrying out and overseeing audits to uphold quality, tool, and equipment standards.
