Are you an experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator seeking a new permanent job offering hybrid working? Would you like to work within a very successful, highly reputable, well-established a progressive marketing leading company offering fantastic working hours and free parking? Is Huddersfield, West Yorkshire convenient for you? If so, this could be just the job for you!

Your duties working as a Purchase Ledger Administrator will include :

Processing, coding and posting of approximately 1000 Supplier Invoices per month
Matching Purchase Orders to Invoices
Month end close off
Carrying out payment runs, proforma payments
Supplier statement reconciliations
Dealing with supplier queries
Processing expenses
Credit card statements
Maintaining strong financial controls in the processing of all transactions
Providing excellent customer service internally and with our suppliers and other contacts
Responsibility for the Accounts email inbox, dealing with all queries and printing invoices / statements

You will have :

Previous purchase ledger experience dealing with high volume invoice processing

Strong attention to detail

High degree of accuracy

In addition, you will have excellent communication skills, being confident and professional dealing with colleagues and suppliers, able to work well as part of a team if a fast-paced environment.
