Responsibilities :

• Finance Business Partner supporting the RM Resources management team
• Supporting the preparation of monthly results and management reporting including divisional packs for Group consolidation
• Working with the accounting team on all reconciliations and liaising with the wider finance teams and transactional reporting team in India to ensure accurate flow of information
• Supporting the Finance Director in producing the forecasts & budgets ensuring alignment with relevant functional owners, and challenging and driving performance to budget by department.
• Work with the Sales and marketing teams to analyse trends, impact of marketing & promotional activity
• Support & challenge Product Development teams through the development cycle including production / approval of business cases and on-going monitoring of performance
• Transformation - Supporting business projects to improve process and transition the business across accounting systems and delivery to drive business growth.
• Audit - support the group audit, liaising with the external auditors in preparation information and investigation of issues
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support business requirements
