I am looking for full time support workers to join an established organisation who supports vulnerable adults within a supported housing setting.
You will work a varied shift pattern on a full time basis, and support some fabulous people who are independent, have a wide range of interests and are the support they need to live independent and fulfilling lives.
Your primary responsibilities will include :
- Personal care
- Support with life skills, activities, independence and community involvement
- Liaising with professional and external providers
- Creating and maintaining a meaningful relationship with the family
- Updating all relevant paperwork
