Located at British Airways Engineering Base (Heathrow Airport).

Your role will be required to ensure a safe and secure lasting impression to all on site and in line with our customers' expectations.

Pay Rate : £15.86 per hour

Shifts : Days & Nights

Job Requirements :

To lead a team of CCTV operators

SIA CCTV Licence required.

Strong IT ability – including Excel, Word, Outlook

Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills and report writing

Good knowledge of local area and Heathrow Airport desirable, but not essential.

Excellent levels of customer service at all times

Demonstrated ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure

To have a smart appearance befitting the company values

Good organisational skills, flexibility, and reliability is key to this role.

Be fully aware of current CCTV policies and data protection requirements.

Job specifications :

The Team Leader must ensure that all duties are carried out to comply with policies / procedures of the site.

To respond to all incidents, taking ownership of the situation and escalate to the Duty Operations Manager to investigate and respond too.

Nature good relationships with the team of CCTV operators.

Effective communication daily with the Duty Operations Manager, escalate any issues as required or necessary.

Carry out varying tasks as directed by management.

Action access control requests via Intercom at varying entry points on the site.

Maintain the daily occurrence log (DOB) to ensure all incidents and occurrences are up to date.

Report all identified faults in a timely manner, understanding priority faults, escalating to the Duty Operations Manager, maintaining records for follow ups.

Be responsibly in taking all emergency calls and requests, promptly advising the Duty Operations Manager with details.

Ensuring site runs efficiently, all staff act and behave in a professional manner.

Ensure officers are booked on for duty, report any sickness or absence to the Duty Operations Manager.

Escalate all security incidents to the Duty Operations Manager with accurate details.

Able to work in a team as well as on your own and have the ability to be pro-active and think on your feet use initiative.

Operationally task and support the Security Team as required - alarm activations and incidents on shift.

Ensure a thorough handover is conducted with the incoming Team Leader.
