You’re an experienced Hire Desk Manager, Senior Hire Controller or Depot Manager looking to develop a hiring team. Based at our growing Equipment Hire HQ, you’ll shape the department, implement KPI’s and mentor the team to be the very best they can be. BASIC SALARY : Up to £45,000

As our Hire Desk Manager, you’ll be joining a world leading construction equipment provider. We’re a high energy business so to keep pace with the constantly increasing volume of customers, you’ll need to be at the top of your game. You’ll be responsible for running a team of experienced Hire Controllers / Customer Service Representatives, ensuring daily operations are kept running smoothly.

You will have managed a Hire Desk team before from across any of the following markets :

Although, you might have managed Trade Desks / Hire Desks within the Builders Merchants, Timber or Plumbing Merchants, etc.
