- Provide a welcoming classroom environment in which the children are safe and have fun.
- Planning activities in line with EYFS.
- Ensure the effective use of the school’s resources and proper maintenance of school materials.
- Engage with parents, providing regular updates on their child’s progress.
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of all children and young people.RequirementsThe successful Nursery Practitioner will :
- Hold a relevant childcare or teaching qualification – level 2 minimum
- Be passionate about delivering the best level of care
- Previous experience in a nursery is highly advantageous
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
