Depot ManagerBased in the Sheffield / Peak District AreaHope Valley, Tunstead and Dow LowForming part of the Engineering Management Team, the successful candidate will be a key part of the team that is responsible for the delivery of safe, reliable and cost-effective maintenance of locomotives and wagons to meet and exceed customer requirements assisting the delivery of the Heavy Haul Wagon and Locomotive fleet and ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with the Company Engineering standards and procedures.You should be able to immediately demonstrate the following :

• Lead by example, deliver high levels of H&S through positive engagement and continuous improvement
• Work with the audit teams, management of daily standards to ensure workmanship, equipment, and safety / environmental procedures meet both company and legislation requirements.
• Enable production - overcome obstacles to ensure safe, quality and reliable production. Adopt lean practises and a cycle of continuous improvement throughout the facility.
