Income Specialist Holywood (BT18) Salary c.£28K - £32K DOE On behalf of our client a multi-site care home group, McKinty Associates are seeking to recruit an Income Specialist. Working as part of our clients accounts team the post holder will play a critical role in managing the financial operations of this nursing home group. You will ensure the timely and accurate billing of residents and health / social care trusts, reconcile accounts, address billing and payment-related queries, and maintain robust credit control processes. Duties / Responsibilities : Billing and Income Management Credit Control Query Resolution Reporting and Analysis Process Improvement Ad hoc finance administration duties as and when required Eligibility criteria : Previous experience working in a fast-paced Finance Department Previous experience in a similar income, billing, or credit control role. Previous experience in a multi-site care home group (Desirable) Practical knowledge of computerised accounts packages Excellent IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word Good analytical and numeracy skills Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines and workload Accuracy and attention to detail. An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
