A long-standing client of mine is looking to expand their team with a crucial role within deployment / infrastructure. This role is the crucial interface between 15 people in their support function and 15 people in their development / engineering team. You'll be part of delivering their SaaS platforms and Network infrastructure to sites across the UK.Must have skills / experience : A strong background in Linux operating systems, deploying, maintaining and BASH scriptingStrong Networking knowledge and skills including configuration of switches (E.G. Cisco IOS)Experience with hypervisor administration and maintenance (Hyper V)Maintaining and deploying docker instancesMaintaining both physical server environments & virtual environment (Hyper V & Amazon EC2)Experience working as the bridge between development and support / infrastructure teamsBeneficial skills / experience : Experience in a DevOps or cloud engineering roleExperience working within a SaaS or PaaS environmentExperience with WiFi deployment optimisationMaintaining templates on Unifi, Ruckus and Aruba ControllersTo apply or hear more, please contact or call (phone number removed).Please note all candidates must be UK based and possess a British passport.
