Compass Associates is pleased to partner with an independent provider of children’s residential care homes and schools in the UK. This organisation supports children and young people facing social, emotional, and behavioural challenges, mental health difficulties, learning disabilities, and autism. They provide therapeutic environments designed to help residents recover from past traumas and develop the skills necessary for independent living or reintegration into family settings.

  • Collaborate with individuals, families, and support teams to co-create effective interventions and ensure consistent application across home, school, and community settings.
  • Provide coaching and training to staff, families, and carers on PBS principles and strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, making necessary adjustments based on data analysis.
  • Work alongside multidisciplinary teams, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and frameworks.

  • Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or a related field
  • Diploma in Positive Behaviour Support
