Compass Associates is pleased to partner with an independent provider of children’s residential care homes and schools in the UK. This organisation supports children and young people facing social, emotional, and behavioural challenges, mental health difficulties, learning disabilities, and autism. They provide therapeutic environments designed to help residents recover from past traumas and develop the skills necessary for independent living or reintegration into family settings.
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with individuals, families, carers, and other professionals to design and implement evidence-based strategies that promote positive behaviour, enhance quality of life, and minimise the use of restrictive practices. This is a varied role that involves working across both educational and residential settings.
