We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Field Service Engineer to join our client's team and play a crucial role in supporting the repair, maintenance, and servicing of critical medical equipment. You’ll be the face of their service team, helping healthcare professionals across the UK ensure their equipment is reliable, safe, and operating at peak performance.
This role is perfect for someone with technical service experience who is passionate about making a real difference in patient care environments.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Deliver first-class on-site repair, maintenance, and calibration of medical devices and equipment
- Identify and close service contract opportunities within your assigned territory
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, keeping customer downtime to a minimum
- Provide technical support and training to hospital staff and internal teams when required
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure full traceability of work and parts used
