RHR UKHeathrowStore Managers have a very important role to play in our stores, managing all store operations including the store team, to drive the employee and customer experience whilst delivering business results. In addition we are looking for someone to demonstrate a passion for innovation and the drive for career success and development.
Your responsibilities will be to :
Recruit, motivate and develop staff to achieve their potential.
Carry out regular team meetings with the leaders to review performance, keep team aware of business targets and objectives and identify areas of focus.
Ensure the leaders are utilizing Manpower planning tools to organise teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
Regularly review sales, hourly, daily, and weekly to identify business needs
Review stores progress, comparing to previous months and years
Coordinate and collaborate with Stock & Logistics Manager, Product Manager, Terminal Manager and CSM to review customer complaints, replenishment actions, sales focus, and store progress.
What do you need, to be a Store Manager at World Duty Free?
Experience in successfully managing a team, including manager level, within a retail customer service and sales environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and able to articulate in clear manner in English to all levels of the organisation.
Customer focused and able to engage and influence internal and external customers.
Self-motivated, passionate, enthusiastic and an effective team member / leader.
