We’re looking for a curious and motivated Finance Associate to join our friendly FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) team. This is a great first step into the world of finance — full training is provided, and you don’t need previous experience in this area.

What Will You Be Doing?

Every company needs to know how it’s doing and plan for what’s coming next. That’s what the FP&A team does — and you’ll be right in the middle of it. The work you do will help senior leaders make smart decisions about budgets, hiring, investment, and more.

In this role, you’ll help us understand how our business is performing and where we can do better. You’ll be :

• Helping to build company budgets and forecasts
• Looking at actual results and comparing them to what we expected
• Supporting the finance team at the end of each month with key numbers and data
• Collecting and organising data to support decision-making
• Creating simple reports and charts to help others understand the numbers
• Working with different departments to gather financial info
• Finding ways to make our financial processes quicker and easier

What Are We Looking For?

You don’t need to have worked in finance before — we’ll teach you everything you need to know. But it helps if you have :

A degree in finance, accounting, economics or something similar (or some relevant experience)

Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills

An interest in numbers and solving problems

A strong attention to detail

Clear communication – especially when explaining data to others

Good organisation – you can manage your time well

A team spirit – you enjoy working with others

A desire to learn and grow in your career

Any experience with data or reports is a bonus, but not required.
