Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursing home in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing home management and a passion for providing high-quality care to residents.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and lead the nursing home team to deliver excellent care and support to residents.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of care.
Oversee financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by residents or their families.
Key Skills and Qualifications :
Proven experience in nursing home management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
Ability to manage budgets and financial plans effectively.
Compassionate and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
Relevant nursing qualifications and registration (preferred but not essential).
