Description :
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Surety team at Marsh. This role will be based in Haywards Heath. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The role : Client Administrator
The Marsh Surety Practice is a market leading specialty business with more than 320 employees globally 11 in the UK with offices located in London and Haywards Heath).
We service and handle all aspects of the Surety broking process for a wide range of large clients including but not limited to Construction Energy Defence Transportation Technology and Retail within the UK.
This role would particularly suit someone with an aptitude for being highly organised with strong / varied administration skills. The successful candidate should have experience of working in an administration role and enjoy being part of a small team with the willingness to support other team members as required.
We will rely on you to :
- Review bonds wordings and provide clear verbal and written guidance to clients regarding the suitability of the bond wording submitted.
- Draft bond wordings and arrange for bonds to be executed by Surety and delivered to the client.
- Data entry into bespoke Surety database and Marsh accounting system to produce client invoices
- Maintain retrieve and update information held in both Surety database and Marsh accounting system.
- Sort accounting queries by liaising with team members insurers and Marsh accounts department
- Review outstanding client payments and where appropriate chase for payment.
- Process new and additional premium invoices.
- Obtain and review cancellation documentation from clients and process with relevant Surety
- Production of monthly client reports in Excel.
- Collate information and assist the relevant Client Executive in preparing underwriting submissions client reports and presentations;
- Ensure Bond facility records are kept up to date on the Surety database;
- Organise client and underwriting meetings as requested;
- Assist with general correspondence and administrative support including filing and file management
