As our next Front Office Team Leader, you…
Develop a strong understanding of the functions of each department of the hotel, physical layouts of the hotel facilities, the key personnel and their roles, daily functions and special events, and conventions and groups currently in the house and due to arrive.
Assist in conducting training for all Front Office employees.
Direct daily front office operations.
Attend to credit problems.
Supervise front talent and help out with accounting problems.
Patrol and inspect public areas during evenings to make sure everything is in order.
Control hotel duty keys and floats whilst on duty.
Supervise and support of the Front Office team.
Ensure department policies and procedures are understood by all employees and observed in tasks performed.
Perform any other duties as directed by the Front Office Management.

You will have the opportunity to be part of a high energy, fun team that delivers excellent customer service each day to all our guests.
Our hotel offers 356 rooms, within very close proximity to London Heathrow Airport. The hotel features a restaurant operating for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a large outdoor car park.
To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.
Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
