Full Time and Part Time opportunities
An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator within our Customer Solutions Department in Haydock . This will involve providing administrative support, handling incoming calls, accurate completion of paperwork including post and effectively assisting in all aspects of the administration of the Operational Excellence Team. At Speedy, we want to help you develop and progress; but we’ll need you to demonstrate these skills and attributes for us to be able to support you…
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Asist in all aspects of the administration of the department and ensure they are followed effectively.
- Ensure all aspects of the onboarding process are in place for new Speedy & Partner starters i.e., access to the required internal systems.
- Book in training sessions with Learning & Development for all Speedy & Partner new starters
- Book in training sessions with the Training & Development Manager & the Training Support Co-Ordinator as required for the personnel.
- Booking in new supplier workshops for product knowledge
- Ad hoc administration duties as required.
- Liaising with all parts of Speedy to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction is exceeded.
- To promote effective communication with our Customers, Speedy business, and Suppliers.
- Make recommendations for process improvement and deliver training.
- Responsible for your personal continuous development by actively participating in the ongoing training programmes.
