Class 1 Driver - Days and Nights Available.Location : Birmingham Shift : Various Shifts - Days and Nights, Any 5 days out of 7.Do you have a UK Class 1 CE Licence?If "YES," we want to hear from you!About the RoleAs a Class 1 Driver, you will : Using curtain side, box trailers and refrigerated, as well as single and double deck trailers, to transport goods to various retail locations.Covering customer deliveries, depot deliveries and Pallet Line work.Ensure goods are loaded and secured correctly to prevent shifting or damage. Use straps, nets, and other securing devices as neededPerform comprehensive daily vehicle safety checks using your company phone to maintain top-notch vehicle safety and reliability.Stay in regular communication with the transport team to provide updates on your progress and ensure our customers' expectations are met.Participate in regular training sessions to stay ahead with the latest industry standards and best practices.Essential Skills and QualificationsMust hold a UK Class 1 CE Licence.Current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card.Experience of delivering loads directly to client sites is advantageous.Passionate about providing excellent customer service.Ability to work to deadlines.Confident, polite, and a team player.Good geographical knowledge.Fit, flexible, hardworking, and self-motivated.Why Join Gregory Distribution Ltd?Competitive Salary : Realistic earnings for Days Mon-Fri - £39,161pa - £42,480pa, for Nights Mon-Fri £44,166pa - £46,484.36pa.
