They aim to create a safe, homely environment in which the children and young people feel emotionally & physically secure, and thus facilitates the guidance & the development of their self-esteem and full potential.As a Team Leader, you will assist the deputy and home manager in leading, motivating and supporting a team of support workers and senior support workers to meet the needs of Children and Young People.Salary and Benefits :

• 24,000- £28,000 per annum + £50 sleep in rate

• Hold a Level 3 qualification in residential childcare
• Have two years of experience working in a Residential Children’s Home
• Leadership experience in residential childcare
• Experience working with young people with challenging behaviours
• Hold a full UK Driving License
