Children’s Home Team LeaderLocation : RotherhamHours : 37.5 - 40 per weekJob type : Permanent – Full TimeSalary : £24,000 - £28,000 per annum plus £50 sleep in rateWe are looking for Children’s Home Team Leaders for our clients Residential Children’s homes based in HatfieldOur client is a provider of residential children’s services, and they specialise in providing the highest standard of care to Children and Young People. They aim to create a safe, homely environment in which the children and young people feel emotionally & physically secure, and thus facilitates the guidance & the development of their self-esteem and full potential.As a Team Leader, you will assist the deputy and home manager in leading, motivating and supporting a team of support workers and senior support workers to meet the needs of Children and Young People.Salary and Benefits :
- 24,000- £28,000 per annum + £50 sleep in rate

- Hold a Level 3 qualification in residential childcare
- Have two years of experience working in a Residential Children’s Home
- Leadership experience in residential childcare
- Experience working with young people with challenging behaviours
- Hold a full UK Driving License
