A welcoming primary school in Harrow is seeking a motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their dedicated team.

Role Overview As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the learning experience for all students.
Working alongside teachers, you will deliver engaging lessons, provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, and foster an inclusive and encouraging environment that helps every child succeed.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver dynamic, high-quality lessons.
Provide focused support to students, including small group interventions and one-on-one assistance.
Take the lead on delivering specific lessons or activities under the guidance of teaching staff.
Support the implementation and review of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to address diverse student needs.
Create a nurturing classroom atmosphere that promotes confidence, creativity, and participation.
Monitor student progress and share insights with teachers, parents, and carers.
Manage classroom behavior to maintain a productive and safe learning environment.
What We’re Looking For We are looking for a candidate who is : Experienced in supporting students in a primary school setting, with HLTA experience or certification being highly desirable.
Confident in delivering lessons and leading activities independently.
Skilled in adapting teaching strategies to accommodate a range of learning styles and needs.
