GTS Group is proud to be exclusively retained by our leading aerospace client to recruit an experienced Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for them. This is a critical leadership role within a dynamic, high-growth organisation, where you will play a key role in driving financial strategy, operational efficiency, and business transformation.The Interim CFO will  Oversee the financial health of the organisation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards. Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and transformation. Provide leadership and strategic direction across financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive commercial performance and operational efficiencies. Lead financial reporting, cash flow management, and capital allocation strategies. Support potential investment, M&A, and funding initiatives. Help GTS locate & interview and recruit a perm CFO. The Interim CFO will have Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader within the aerospace, engineering, or manufacturing sectors. Strong commercial and strategic mindset with a track record of driving business performance. Expertise in financial planning, corporate finance, and risk management. Experience in leading change and transformation projects. Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to engage at board level.
