We have grown in to a uniquely, well-rounded safety charity with an increasing global influence necessary to drive change in the modern world and strive towards our vision of an accident-free world.Location : Hybrid 2 / 3 days in office per week(must be able to commute to the Birmingham HQ as and when required)Please be aware this role is a 13 month fix term contractAs a part of RoSPAs Operationsteam, you will play a vital role in helping to achieve this by supporting the day-to-day administration of our fleet, international and e-Learning departments. You will be administering bookings and training courses, practical theory and online based products.In this role you will be responsible for a high level of administrational duties with an accurate eye for detail, good personal skills with an ability to work alone and within a team.The successful candidate will be computer literate and must hold strong administration experience from previous employment. In addition, the role requires strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrable ability to organise and manage time effectively,high attention to detail with ability to meticulously document and understand the process.Experience of working with a Learning Management System, or within a Health and Safety and or driver training environment would also be an advantage, however full training will be provided.So, are you ?An experienced administratorA good communicator both written and verbalCommitted to promotinghigh standards ofcustomer serviceInterested in online course delivery and maintenancePassionate about the life-enhancing and saving potential of health and safetyDo you have ?An ability to build productive relationships with existing and potential clientsFive or more GCSEs or equivalent, with English and Maths at C / 4 or aboveA background in administration and working in a teamIf so,
