This exceptional SEN school are looking for an enthusiastic, competent emotional and behavioural difficulties teaching assistant to help aid their SEN primary ages pupils. The ideal candidate will have had experience working with these needs previously within young individuals , within a professional or personal setting, showing pro-activeness and empathy towards the students needs, and a clear understanding of what to do to best support them. Expectations will be to encourage independence, helping with activities through the day, being a fun and supportive presence in the classroom, and being able to remain calm and hold resilience in difficult situations. This is a long term term full time role Monday-Friday 8 : 30-4pm, Weekly pay and the opportunity to gain support and knowledge from a welcoming and well structured team. Salary- Between £93-£105 Daily (depending on experience)
