Are you a hands-on Operations Manager, from within a Transport environment holding an International CPC? We are looking for someone like you.Were currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to be based at our site in Hanley for our contract with Fuchs. Youll be responsible for a long-standing contract, managing a team of 20, at the customer premises. Youll oversee the safe, compliant and accurate delivery of Fuchs products, across Monday to Friday with some flexibility.Pay, benefits and more : Were looking to offer a salary of up to £50,000per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. 5 colleagues)Ensure compliance with policies, standard operating procedures, and all relevant legislation including upholding Operators Licence undertakings.Support the General Manager in delivering agreed plans and budgets, maintaining established levels of service and quality.What you need to succeed at XPO : Its important you have exposure of working in a fast-paced Transport environment
