Whether you have a social care background , or personal experience working with SEND, this role is your chance to truly make a difference!
Protocol Education is on the lookout for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a SEND provision in Colchester , where you’ll work with students who have a range of special needs, including ASD , SEMH , MLD , SLD , and PMLD . No experience is required—just a strong desire to support and encourage students every day!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
