Sales Manager
to be based in
Avonmouth.For the successful Sales Manager our client is offering : £45,000 to £50,000 per annum basic salary DOE8 : 30 am to 5 pm Monday to FridayFull-time permanent positionMonthly and quarterly performance-based commission schemeCompany carOpportunity to join one of the fastest-growing independent waste businesses in the UKThe role - Sales Manager : Predominately office-based, reporting directly to the Head of Sales for the groupOversee a team of Business Development Managers driving sales performance and ensuring the team meets or exceeds revenue targets.You will be responsible for developing strategies, coaching your team, and building strong client relationships to secure new business
Monitor individual and team performance, setting clear KPIs and providing regular feedback and coaching.Oversee the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, ensuring the team targets the right markets and sectors.Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior management.Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.Ensure the team adheres to company policies, health and safety regulations, and relevant waste management legislation.What our client is looking for in a Sales Manager : Previous experience in a Sales Management role -
