Quantity Surveyor / Estimator - Quinton. Are you an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor with experience in fit out and refurbishment projects up to £2 millionYou must have 12 months UK Construction experience as a Quantity Surveyor or estimator, have a full UK driving licence and live within an 1 hour of Quniton to be considered for this position.

We are looking to recruit an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our flagship office on a permanent basis.This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join one of the most successful Contractors in the Midlands who are Investors in people and are passionate about promoting from within.The roleIn your new job as an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor you will initially manage 3-4 sites simultaneously and take overall accountability and responsibility for the Commercial aspects of the projects.Duties include Assisting in training of Assistant Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Estimators.ExperienceYou will have a proven track record of working for and taking commercial responsibility for projects / developments within a Contractor. You will be highly organised and able to work well under pressure, you will be motivated, ambitious with an eye for detail.A Senior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator has just been promoted to Director after 2 years.
