We are now recruiting for a Trainee Quality Inspector who, upon completion of training, will be responsible for measuring and visually inspecting components and assemblies to drawing using a variety of metrology equipment.
You will be trained to visually inspect welds, validate components and assemblies, and ensure any defects and features not to specification are recorded.
In addition to this, upon completion of training you will be responsible for :
- Observe the non-conformance process and take corrective actions, ensuring root cause is established to correct errors and prevent future occurrences.
- Visually inspect finished goods to ensure compliance to specification.
- Being the champion for ensuring the required quality standard is delivered to our customers.
- Working with various individuals and teams to improve processes to manufacture our products right the first time.
- Updating KPI's and metrics to drive quality improvement.
