Assisting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home.Supervising and managing the team of Team Leaders and Residential Support Workers.Ensuring adequate staff coverage at all times for the efficient and safe running of the home.Identifying and reporting any deficits in care and staff training needs.Providing training to staff as required.Role modelling excellence for staff and acting as a key worker for young people in the home.Ensuring the care and well-being of the young people is maintained at the highest level at all times.Package and Benefits :
